Description:
- Looking for a true Scrum Master (certified would be a plus) 
- Upper level Scrum Master would be ideal 
- Will look at candidates that have used other Framework like Kanban 
- Ideal candidate would be transparent, self-management, and able to collaborate 
- If travel, it will be very minimal 

Additional Info from HM: 
- Contract at this time, but could have the possibility of turning temp-to-hire for the right candidate 
- Interview process (in depth phone interviews will be with Rob) will be based on capability and emotional intelligence. More emphasis on emotional intelligence. Will be asking about Hypothetical situations, as well as realistic and what possible resolution the candidate can bring to the table 
- At least a minimum of 3 years experience 
- Must sit Onsite, no remote contractors 

Top Criteria: 
- The biggest things I look for in contractors: Experience (multiple companies/industries and 5+ years experience) and mindset (growth/agile). The experience part can be extracted from resumes, but the mindset usually requires the interview to determine
